True, experience is one of the best teachers, however there are circumstances that are not worth experiencing and are most regretful. On the other hand, not everyone needs to go through an event in order to learn something. For instance, most folks already have a platter of gold put before them even before they get to do any work, whereas for others, they have to make an effort to acquire what they want, endure tons of failures and battles just to get to where they are.
The value of learning from experience.
For me, one may not actually know how it is or feels when you learn or gain from someone else's experience than when you experience it yourself. It gives you a different type of a sense of feeling and a lesson to learn all at once. I have also had scenarios that were really good and also the ones that were not intended to be experienced and I regret them so deeply.
One of the experiences I can recall that has thus far helped me this far is my trading career (in the financial/crypto market.) You know, there's this adage people say; "One can't really tell how bad a shoe is hurting someone until you get to try the shoe they wear." Meaning, you might not really understand the and struggle one faces until you get to be in that position.
It's doesn't always look like how it is assumed.
When I was new to this forex and crypto stuff, I would always blame and bad talk the traders I invested my money into for them to help me trade, until I got to start trading. When I was watching my losses and observed that most of the time you would predict the market, see every indication required to be seen and you've verified it would move according to your predictions and then you end up seeing a different thing altogether and you lose your money.
Experience sure does gives a great lessons.
In the long run, after experiencing the life of a trader, I came to find out that, there are many manipulations in the market and there are larger investors that would spend more money into the financial market solely to move it their way. Well, it was a nic and a very lucrative experience I must say. I also earned some profits too, not just losses. Additionally, I will study several approaches to the market. Everyone has a distinct method that works for them. For me I felt comfortable analyzing using pure price action strategy like utilizing trendlines, equal highs and lows, smart money concept etc. Living a life of a trader is a lovely experience as I get to learn from my errors and develop better in the game.
On the other hand, one situation I'd rather avoid is over-trusting someone. I have this thing where if I'm into a person whether as a friend or a lover, I tend to have a really high trust and confidence for that person and I don't really believe that this person could hurt me. However, I have experienced tremendous levels of betrayal from people I consider to be close friends, and it hurts so much. It has generated another kind of thought in my head that does not seem correct.
Well, still, it's nice that I have seen and experienced all things, whether it be good or negative. All that counts is that there was a lesson taught.
Until next time, do have a wonderful day.
