An Analysis On My 2022 journey.

Source

Welcome to my blog. Hello everyone and Merry Christmas ๐ŸŽ„ to you-all. Hope you all are enjoying a great Christmas season? I stumbled upon a tweet by @erikah which inspired me to make a brief analysis of my year 2022. He remarked "Without adequate analysis and strategy to improve one can end up repeating the same error". I kinda buy the notion and decide to make a brief analysis of how my year went. Although I will be focused equally on how well I have done in being financially independent.

I have this concept, as a boy about 20, I need to be able to solve certain stuff alone and also aid the family, notably my parents and younger siblings. Growing up, I had this incredible ambition to be financially independent by 21 entirely. Well this year began fairly terribly.

In January I can't recollect doing anything to generate money, as well as February. As of February, certain Nigerian colleges were on strike which lasted for nearly 8 months . That's some really crazy stuff. Almost a year! The unfortunate thing was that I was victimized. I had thought school would restart likely by March but all to no effect. In the months of April and May, I went job hunting, because sitting idle didn't look humorous to me. I felt useless. Then I decided to visit my native town, Delta state in Nigeria.

I have this cousin that trades forex, and with my desire to obtain more information I decided to join him to trade over there in Delta state. It was quite entertaining exchanging with him and his other men. Of course I discovered new techniques, rationale, we had tremendous victories as well as failures. Damn!! The market may be insane occasionally. There's some phrase we generally say in pidgin anytime we have a losing deal " No be your father get market" ๐Ÿ˜‚Funny right?.

I also managed to touch with an old pal who set me up with a mentoring course on YouTube and trust me it was super fire. I was like "Where have you been my entire life?". My understanding grew much further. I was able to observe what went wrong in most of my failed trades and how to address it. To cut the long story short I later blew my live account around the end of August๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚, I had to stop trading for a while and concentrate on finding paid employment for the meantime so I could build cash again to continue.

Then I was introduced to hive. There's been this thrill I derived from interacting with other hive content creators and this platform gave the opportunity to. I continued writing and engaging also in contests and then stopped for a bit owing to some doubts. I eventually did get a job but it didn't pay much as predicted but it helped me the entire time.

Well, 2022 wasn't my finest year but at least I'm better than before with the information gathered and how far I've gone and I just hope for the best next year.

Thanks for reading anywaysโฃ๏ธ

Merry Christmas ๐ŸŽ„ in advance everyone.
