source Hello everyone, Merry Christmas and welcome to my blog. Hope you all are having a great week.
Its another weekly engagement offered by @minimalistliving. Its real Ecotherapy is suitable for most minimalist. Most folks who live a minimalist lifestyle want to have a profound connection with its surroundings by participating in most activities like outdoor meditation, giving community development service, visiting people, traveling on adventures etc.
Having this sort of relationships with your surroundings may create a great influence on ones health and help you remain calm . I really appreciate having to engage with my surroundings. Yes am an introvert and love my own company more, but I also do study my environment and keep things pretty simple.
Sunday nights are generally the finest time I like having to connect. I would sit out for a time to meditate, enjoying the cold breeze blowing and the trees moving their leaves and also listen to the bird chirp. I also would go visiting few mates and then we would go out for adventures. We have this habit where we hunt out locations where we haven’t gone too around our estate and check out what it looks or feel like. Another thing is watching the sun set. Its looks gorgeous and nice and regular me who is obsessed with capturing macro images, I would take some sunset photographs and edit.
Having doing this I have received various advantages like, first getting myself out of my apartment, [Sounds funny right?] also bond with friends, have fun and also learned some information and fresh concepts I likely didn’t know about.
Thanks for reading anyways and i wish you all a Merry Christmas.
